I love this bag!! Before I received it, I was concerned that it would be too big, but it's perfect. The outside pockets are perfect for phone and keys. The outside back pocket and the inside pockets are great. This bag is both fashionable and functional.

I love the size of this purse and the colors of the black/brown combo, but the top zipper has got to go! The teeth on the zipper are large and the edges very sharp, dangerous to fingernails and wreck a manicure in no time. Also, this purse is very unstructured and because it is a wider length, bends or folds in the middle and looks sloppy. Even though I love the color and size/shape, I'm going to have to send this one back. Definitely not a keeper.

I love it, but it's a big bag! I have lots of room and it's so beautifully made! There are a lot of wonderful little details that the higher end designers pay more attention to. Such as the little gold button hardware with the Kate Spade logo on them. I would say the only thing that I don't like about the design is that it is a drawstring purse so there is no middle closure, like a magnet or zipper. I know it has a drawstring, but the leather is tough so I don't want to keep it closed like that all the time. The bag does gape open, but I mostly keep it on my shoulder and I think I can live with it. Also, if you are like me, I keep everything but the kitchen sink in my purse so it does tend to get a little heavy.

I like the bag and how it falls on your body. It's very comfortable. It's just the right size for daily commuting in the city. However, I'm not happy with the quality. The fabric seems so thin that it doesn't seem worth the money I paid for it. The key strap was already ripped when I received it. I gave the overall 3 stars because of the quality. The comfort and style are great.

I just bought the wallet and the East/West Slouch bag and love them both. The wallet holds most things. I had to take a few things out, but that's ok. I needed to clean things out. I love the fact that I can put my checkbook in the wallet too. It is beautifully made and I am very happy with it.

I have several B. Makowsky bags and love them all. The leather is so soft and they all have the exterior small side pocket for your cell phone. The bags I have are distinctive looking and I've had nothing but compliments. I have Dooney Bourke, Brahmin, Michael Kors, etc., but these are by far my favorites. Also quite durable.

I have been researching for a good quality bag that will fit all the extra things I need for my baby. I love this bag! The leather is so supple and it has lots of practical pockets. It's really attractive and classy without looking like an old lady purse. The only thing is it feels a bit heavy, but what can I say, most purses aren't even made out of real leather anymore! It fits really well on my arm and its easy to get into.

I got the Hobo Gerty in Mogano Vintage Leather. The color is a really rich, almost reddish dark brown. The bag is very versatile; it can be dressed up or down and it matches most things. I don't use the built-in wallet because there's not enough spaces for my cards, but it doesn't detract from the bag.

I generally don't splurge, but this bag is so unique and just the right size (and the company does fundraisers, etc. in the community). The workmanship is second to none, and it has many special accents (strap, bag face, zipper, etc.). You can't help but feel stylish - and there are matching sandals.
