This is a very nice bag with quality leather and good construction. It has more room in it than I thought it would for its size. The strap is a good length and the phone pocket is very handy and easy to access. I like that I can close the zipper when I have it over my shoulder and don't have to take it off my shoulder to close it. The extra cost of getting it delivered to Canada was a big negative but I suppose it's worth it to get a bag that I really like. The only thing I don't love is the way the top kind of flops over if it's not full of stuff.
